The process began with a series of meticulous on-site field surveys conducted by Qingdao Power Space's team of experts. After careful analysis and consideration of the customer's needs and the actual working conditions on-site, Qingdao Power Space set out to design and develop a custom-made laser dust removal equipment. This laser dust collector was specifically tailored to address the dust and fume emissions generated during the cutting processes in the workshop. The design focused on maximizing efficiency while ensuring minimal disruption to the existing workflow.

Power Space has designed a laser fume extraction system for laser cutting equipment that uses a suction and blowing method for smoke and dust collection. The fume extraction's main unit is equipped with a pre-filter module that can effectively filter out large particulate matter, reducing the impact and consumption on the filter material, thus extending the service life of the filter material. 

At the same time, it can prevent sparks from entering the purification chamber, which could cause a fire, ensuring the safe use of the equipment. The plasma cutting smoke purifier is also equipped with an automatic ash cleaning system, where the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is shaken off by the airflow and collected in the dust collection hopper at the bottom of the chamber. Regular cleaning of the dust collection hopper is all that is required.
