Working Principle of Mobile Fume Extractor

The welding fumes contain various types of toxic particles. Taking the above picture as an example:

• The fireproof net is used to prevent welding sparks from entering the machine and causing the filter to catch fire.

• Then, the first filtration is carried out to remove large particles of smoke and dust.

• This is followed by a second filtration to remove fine welding fumes.

• Finally, the clean air is discharged from the clean room.
