According to statistics, Qingdao Hongda needs to control the fume and dust in the welding area and grinding area of the workshop. Among them, there are 60 work stations in the welding area and 12 work stations in the grinding area.

1 - Welding area, choosing to install filter cartridge fume extraction equipments:

In the welding area, we think it can be solved by fume extraction equipments.

In order to save one-time investment, they finally decided to adopt central fume extraction system : Install exhaust arms on each welding work station mounted the wall. This kind of exhaust arm can be stretched, can be rotated flexibly near 180° , and can be hovered arbitrarily according worker’s requirements. When welding at that station, pull the suction hood to a certain height above the welding point, and connect it to the main machine of the fume extraction system through pipeline.

2 - For grinding area, choose to install dust extraction downdraft worktable:

In the manufacturing process of metal parts, some workpieces need to be finely grinded. Therefore, we have equipped them with dust extraction downdraft worktables according to their requirements.

This kind of grinding downdraft worktable has many suction openings on the table top and many suction slits at the back to suction splashed dust, and connect to the main machine of the fume extraction system through pipeline. At the same time, in order to facilitate operation of workers, both side baffles and top plate of the downdraft worktable can be opened, which is convenient for hoisting and entering of heavy workpieces.
