About Shandong Mining Machinery Group

Shandong Mining Machinery Group was founded in 1955, its main products are complete set of coal mining equipment and intelligent manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles, aero engines, building materials machinery, and packaging machinery. Combining that company's workshop working conditions and related design specifications, we have designed a central dust removal and purification system for three manufacturing departments of Shandong Mining Machinery Group.

Why Use Central Fume Extraction System

The first project was the structural parts factory, 6# and 7# workshops, with a total of 91 workstations. Considering that its mining machinery has relatively large workpieces and requires crane, so we adopted suction hoods & pipeline and centralized treatment, which effectively purifies a large amount of welding fume in the workshop and protects the production environment.

The second project is their comprehensive hydraulic support factory, manual welding and robotic welding, with a total of 32 workstations. Due to the different working points and the different forms used, according to the actual use of the working point, the suction hood + pipeline and centralized treatment was set too, and the working point was stuck in combination with the actual working point height setting on the spot.

The third project was the oil tank factory, 15 workstations, combined with the original pipelines for centralized treatment. The same, selecting our central dust removal and purification system, which the parallel operation of the purifier host modules can be performed, and is suitable for outdoor installation to meet the complex requirements of different working conditions in the three workshops.

Installation Process of Fume Extraction system

A comprehensive environmental assessment of the production workshop was conducted, including fume generation points, workshop ventilation, and potential exhaust points. Based on the workshop layout and the location of production equipment, the optimal installation location for the fume extraction system was determined. 

After Fume Extraction System Installation 

After installation, Power Space inspect the fume extraction system and train the customer, including equipment adjustment and post-maintenance. We also rovided a maintenance manual for the system, including daily inspection procedures and filter replacement steps.The dust removal and purification effect of our equipment are significant, helping companies solve the problem of dust removal in the workshop, and also creating a good production environment for employees, reflecting the people-oriented production.
